Here to home
by Neil Moran
How do you find out what you’re made of? Have I been staying here to long?
This old town makes me nervous, this life can get you down
But was it not what you thought of, when your biggest fear was coming down
You live in hope of what you are used to wont be the part that lets you down
Can I stay here with you?
That is what I’ll do, if you ask me to.
I got my own way of thinking, it made more sense when I was with you
Leaves you thinking what you are used to shouldn’t be the part that changes you
Shouldn’t be the part that changes you
Can I stay here with you?
That is what I’ll do, if you ask me to.
I wonder if you ever think of me. Or is it what is to be will be
I guess that is how I should see it and what is to be will be
What is to be will be
Can I stay here with you?
That is what I’ll do, if you ask me to.

Show Me Where
03:52
|
|||
Come on star won’t you show me where
so I’m not following in vain
Come on star wont you show me how
because I can’t take all the blame
Things you never talk about, things that never come to mind
Well I don’t know where I’m going
but I don’t mind.
Come on star don’t you lead in vain
because we need you now more than ever
Our love won’t look the other way
when we deserve more time together
Nothing much more to talk about, I put my hope in you
When I look back on your love, I learn what it is all about
Waiting isn’t the hardest thing you can do
Come on star wont you line them up
because our paths are soon to cross
When love is all you got
then there’s nothing to lose
Wont you line them up

Passing By
03:27
|
|||
As I’m planning this long road not knowing where I’m bound
But of all I’m sure of, there is truth to be found
So we look to the stars and we say our goodbyes
Your looking up
You can see me passing by
With all our fears of leaving, they won’t keep me
All our fears of leaving it behind, You can drown in them
But I have learnt how to swim and I have learnt how to hold my breath
Your looking up
You can see me passing by
Passing by

Hard Labor
03:40
|
|||
If you wanted to be that person, the person who never lets you down
It hard labor when your minds up and you don’t know where you went wrong
She said, You can stay strong, You can carry on
When you go back and face what you’ve done, You look her in the eyes and you point the gun
And if she waited and if you waited, Would you know just where you went wrong
She said, You can stay strong, You can carry on
Its hard labor
You can stay strong, You can carry on

When time calls us would you mind if I stayed
For the sake of wasted time
I’ve been on the streets for way to long, I’ve been trying to find a way to fill this gun
Of my shame, I’m taken my saints closer to the grave
There is a place where I seen your ghost it caught up in a storm with nowhere to go
I can’t change, I only take the blame away
For the sake of wasted time
Its cold and I’ve lost you again but I found my soul and I’m going to mend my sins
For the sake of wasted time

Gone
04:25
|
|||
How would you react if I said I’m done if I said that I was tired of the same old strum
Afraid of running out of words about the things I’ve done
I lost in my sorrows when it held me back I tried to run
Where are we when our troubles have gone?
If I was to ask you would you let me in? we would sing of our storys
and the dreams and wishes you place in them
I know that I could hurt you, I know it better than some
but the words that we’ve spoken and what is said is done
Where are we when our troubles have gone?
When our troubles have gone
I sat out in the rain trying to write my song if the words came quick,
well you would say I was the chosen one
Where are we when our troubles have gone?
When our troubles have gone
